Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between our company and our clients, defining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. These conditions govern all bookings, including safaris, tours, accommodations, and any additional services offered by our company.

2. Booking and Payment

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date. Bookings made within the 30-day period require full payment upon confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are issued based on the cancellation date relative to the start of the tour:

  • 60+ days before the tour start date: 80% refund.
  • 30–59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund.

Please note that certain fees, such as non-refundable deposits or third-party charges, may apply.

4. Changes to Itineraries

We strive to adhere to the itineraries provided, but changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, park regulations, or safety concerns. Any modifications will be made with the client’s best interests in mind. Additional costs resulting from such changes will be the client’s responsibility.

5. Liability and Insurance

While we prioritize safety, our company cannot accept responsibility for injuries, losses, delays, or unforeseen expenses caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or third-party service failures. Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

6. Travel Documents and Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary vaccinations or health certifications for their destination. We provide guidance but cannot be held liable for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

7. Code of Conduct and Behavior

We expect all clients to respect local customs, wildlife, and fellow travelers during the tour. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in the client being removed from the tour without refund. Damages caused by the client to property, vehicles, or accommodations will be the client’s responsibility.

8. Special Requests and Requirements

Clients with special dietary needs, medical conditions, or other unique requirements should notify us during the booking process. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment and appreciate your understanding.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration in Tanzania. This agreement is governed by the laws of Tanzania, and all legal proceedings must be conducted within its jurisdiction.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
